Welcome to the CEA Valorant Fall 2023! There are 5 regional divisions. Your performances from each week help seed you into Playoffs after your 4 week group stage season. Please note that multiple teams from the same school can partake in the tournament, with a maximum of 3 teams.

Schedule and Format

Participating schools will be seeded into one of the 5 regional divisions based on the location of the school. Teams within their region will play against other teams in the division in a swiss format. Group-stage matches follow a best of 3 format. Playoff matches will maintain the best of 3 format until the Grand Finals, where a best of 5 will take place to determine the champion. The default match time is every Friday at 8:00 pm ET each week. However, teams are free to reschedule their matches if they are reported by the first Sunday after the play week at 11:59 pm ET.

  • Week 1 - Sept. 29th

  • Week 2 - Oct. 6th

  • Week 3 - Oct. 13th

  • Week 4 - Oct. 20th

  • Week 5 - Oct. 27th

• Playoffs

  • Ro32 - Nov. 3rd

  • Ro16 - Nov. 10th

  • Quarters - Nov. 17th

  • Semis - Dec. 1st

  • Finals - Dec. 8th

Eligibility and Registration

In order to compete all players must be:

• Enrolled full-time (or equivalent) at an accredited higher learning institution in North America. Players who are graduating after that semester may be enrolled part-time (or equivalent) and still be eligible to play.

• At least 18 years old by the start of the competition.

• In possession of a Riot account that is in good standing. This same account must be used for the duration of the competition.

Registration will be available starting December 16th! We are accepting up to 256 teams in the upcoming season.

Prizing

The prize pool will be comprised of at least $1250 in cash, plus MSI products.

1. The one CEA Open League Winning TEAM will receive:

   1. 3 x MSI G27C5 E2 27” Gaming Monitor

   2. US $700 in cash

2. The one CEA Open League finalist TEAM will receive:

   1. US $550 in cash
