About

Welcome to a new season of CEA Open League! There are 5 regional divisions. Your performances from each week help seed you into Playoffs after your 6 week group stage season. Note that multiple teams from the same school can partake in the tournament, with a total maximum of 3 teams per school across both Open and Invite league.

Schedule and Format

Participating schools will be seeded into one of the 5 regional divisions based on the location of the school. Teams within their region will play against other teams in the division in a swiss format. Group-stage matches follow a best of 3 format. Playoff matches will maintain the best of 3 format until the Grand Finals, where a best of 5 will take place to determine the champion. The default match time is every Wednesday at 8:00pm ET each week. However, teams are free to reschedule their matches as long as matches are reported by the first Sunday after the play week at 11:59pm ET. At the end of the group-stage phase, top half in each division will move onto Playoffs. For more information, please check out the schedule sheet. (coming soon)

Eligibility and Registration

In order to compete all players must be:

• Enrolled full time (or equivalent) at an accredited higher learning institution in North America. Players who are graduating after that semester may be enrolled part time (or equivalent) and still be eligible to play.

• At least 17 years old by the start of the competition.

• In possession of a Ubisoft account that is in good standing and owns a copy of Rainbow Six: Siege. This same account must be used for the duration of the competition, and is expected to have 2FA enabled.

Registration will be available starting January 18th at 1:00PM ET! We are accepting up to 256 teams in the upcoming season.

Prizing The minimum prize pool is currently US$3000 in cash and Corsair products.
